Global Shapers Copenhagen Hub - Creating a culture of wellbeing through building skills for members and organizational capabilities

The project aims to build organizational capability that embraces a culture of mental wellbeing for current and future members through upskilling the individual wellbeing skills to thrive in life inlcuding work. The project will create a standard onboarding process to help the organization become a mentally healthy institution that prioritized the members’ wellbeing. Global shapers has up to 50 members aged 18-30 who are employed in Danish workplaces
